TECHNICAL SUPPORT


After being in business for over twenty years Axtel knows how annoying and costly technical problems can become, that is why we do our best to avoid problems before they occur. We sell the most reliable and user friendly products on the market and our online resources provide technical and product specific information to make sure our customers get the most out of their investment.

We provide several layers of technical support:

1) Telephone support
With each product sold we guarantee a number of free tech sup hours.
After that time is used up we charge $65 per additional hour.

2) Depot repair (requires a maintenance agreement)
Customer sends in the defective unit, we repair it and send it back.
Customer pays for inbound freight, we pay for outbound.
We charge for spare parts, if the unit is out of warranty.
For repair work we charge $95 per hour.

3) Unit exchange (requires a maintenance agreement)
Same as above, but a replacement unit is shipped out instantly when a problem is reported.

4) On site repair (requires a maintenance agreement)
A trained technician will perform repair work on site.
We charge for travel expenses plus $125 per hour.
